Place Cards Your Guests Will Love
One of my favorite wedding stationery to work on are escort cards and placecards. Its exciting to see clients move away from the normal tented name card and be more creative to showcase their love story! I’m always on a lookout for new and fun items that potential clients could use for their special day! On my recent trip to the new Daiso in Hawaii, I found several items that would make both great place card and guest favors! Most of these items were $.150 each, but similar items can be found on Amazon for a cheaper price and in bulk! Your guests will love how creative and functional it is!
Picture Stand
Using a placecard/escort card stand makes a perfect picture holder. Take it home and replace the card with your favorite polaroid picture! Its simple and inexpensive and makes a great decorative piece on your desk!

2. Picture Frame
If you want to level up on the picture stand, use a mini picture frame as a place card. You could write the guest names on the inside or attach a picture of the celebrants and write the guest names on the frame. At the end of the night, your guests will walk home with a cute mini picture frame to add to their shelf!

3. Mini Lantern
I saw large lanterns at Daiso that could be used for table signs, but were too big for place cards. Instead, I ordered a bulk on Amazon! Although it was difficult to write on, using these mini lanterns would make the perfect place cards or escort cards for a romantic evening event! These lanterns have a slot where you can attach a battery operated light (sold separately) to lighten up the event! Your guests can take it home and use it as a night light or decoration purposes!

If you’re having an outdoor summer wedding, you can keep your guests cool with these Japanese folding fan (or any hand fan)! Similar to the mini lantern, its a bit difficult to write on due to the folding pattern, but its a thoughtful and functional gift your guests will very much appreciate!
